Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused hardware in original condition. To start a return, open a support ticket via our Discord or email us directly. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Warranty

What is the Dichen 6th Gen Fuser?
A Dichen 6th Generation HDMI fuser for dual-PC setups. It takes two HDMI inputs and outputs one combined signal to the display, over HDMI or DisplayPort depending on the version you choose.
What resolutions and refresh rates does it support?
3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz, 2560 × 1440 at 144 Hz, 1920 × 1080 at 240 Hz, 3440 × 1440 at 100 Hz and 2560 × 1080 at 200 Hz.
What is the difference between the HDMI and DisplayPort versions?
Both take two HDMI inputs. The version sets the output to the display: HDMI, or DisplayPort for a monitor you run over DP.
How does it compare to the Dichen 7th Gen?
The 2026 7th Generation keeps the same refresh rates, adds a third HDMI 2.0 input, and comes in five colours with an HDMI output.
