Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused hardware in original condition. To start a return, open a support ticket via our Discord or email us directly. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Warranty
All FTW DMA hardware is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled promptly through our support team. Firmware-related issues are handled separately via support ticket.

What is the FTW DMA 100T Black Edition?
A PCIe DMA card built on the Xilinx Artix-7 100T FPGA. It installs in a PCIe slot, connects to a second computer over USB-C, and every unit is individually tested before dispatch.
What is the difference between the 100T and the 75T?
Both use Artix-7 FPGAs. The 100T has 101,440 logic cells and the 75T has 75,520; the larger 100T leaves more room for advanced firmware, while the 75T covers standard configurations at a lower price.
Is firmware included?
Firmware is not preinstalled. It is generated per order when a Standard or Advanced firmware variant is selected; open a support ticket in our Discord after purchase to begin configuration.
What ports and switches does the 100T Black Edition have?
The bracket has a USB-C DATA port, a USB-C JTAG port and an OFF/ON switch. The card holds one firmware image; for two firmware slots on one card, see the FTW DMA 100T Dual Firmware.
How do I know my FTW DMA card is genuine?
The back of the card carries a GENUINE FTW DMA label with a serial number, the model (100T), the Artix-7 FPGA and the CE, UKCA, FCC and RoHS marks.
